Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority when it comes to custom camera smartphones. We perform strict quality control to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your order, please read our return and refund policy below carefully.
1. Product Arrival Inspection
When you receive your product, please check the following:
Is the product defective or damaged?
Does the product match your order?
In the unlikely event that the product is defective or flawed, please contact us immediately via email or phone. We will respond quickly to solve the problem.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is unused and in its original condition (unopened and unused). The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories and materials.
3. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returned items. However, this fee does not apply to defective or incomplete products.
4.Product Quality Guarantee
All products are rigorously inspected by our professional staff before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
If there are any damages or defects, we will quickly arrange the replacement process.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please send us a photo that clearly shows the problem area so that we can accurately assess the problem.
If the item arrives more than 7 days later, it will be difficult to confirm that it is a manufacturing problem and we may not be able to accept a return or exchange.
5. Exchange Process
If an exchange is required, we will review your order and provide you with a replacement product.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided.
For defective and out-of-stock items, the restocking fee (5%) will be waived and you will receive a full refund.
6. Considerations when returning items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
It must have all original packaging, accessories and tags.
The item is new, unused and in pristine condition.
7. Returns for Customer Convenience
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, order error), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In addition, we will deduct a 5% restocking fee from your refund amount.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse and is verified to be in good condition.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds will be made based on the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
If you paid by credit card, the refund amount will be reflected on your credit card statement.
Refunds are reflected at different times depending on your credit card's expiration date, so please contact your credit card company for details.
9. Situations in which returns cannot be accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
If 14 days or more have passed since the date of shipment (unless there are special circumstances).
If the returned item is damaged or soiled.
